Things I have personally found to be good for me:
1. Fasting - not structured or whatever, but if I skip breakfast/lunch I tend to get much deeper into my work.
2. Taking a holiday.
3. I've tried modafinil, microdosing, adderall and the rest of the obvious nootropic-esque things - typically not worth it as you tend to borrow the next days' productivity. Your mileage may vary.
