I'm using Canva - the interface and features seem quite similar. What are the key points of difference?

Really well designed app. Can't work out if I can count up (in time tracking) or if I have to count down from a specified time.

I just signed up and selected 3 categories, but most of the books weren't in English - I think I only saw one title that was in English. Am I doing something wrong?
