Hello Everyone!
I have always had a problem with Google App Engine, Platform.sh, Heroku, etc and with the naked domain, it will allow you to easily setup http://domain.com and https://www.domain.com but trying to get https://domain.com without a modern domain registrar is a pain.
So I built a simple tool that allows you to redirect any domain.com to anywhere with an SSL.
