I recently been experienced a bad on-boarding process to new company, HR always missed the promised ddl of sending offer letter, profile collection form etc which is very unprofessional. That’s when the thought of AI tool should replace these works hits me. Sending right document/template to right person on right time, very scalable tasks that AI definitely can resolve.
