Been using this product for a month and I like the ease of use.. Never used GMAIL for business before and FOLLOWUP.CC makes it pretty easy to do..
Pros: The Total Package CRM and Follow UPS ... I love the reminders
Cons: I personally would like a SAAS based UI .. I feel "CROWDED" in Gmail
