Resonate a lot with this! I think you first need to accept the fact that if you want to make the product work and get traction, you need to take the charge. Its not just about social media presence, but about overall product distribution. Take baby steps, do cold reach outs on linkedin, twitter etc. Accept the fact that for 100 reach outs you do, mostly only 2-5 will be your actual users. You...

Reach out to people you've worked with, in the past. Even if they are not your potential customers, they will help in spreading the word. Create content around your product which highlights the issues you are solving.
