Keeping a to-do list, or mapping out an entire project. It takes out an element of decision-making, and it means you can jump between tasks easily! I use this even for my normal day to day. Sometimes in the evening I'll be feeling productive enough to do something, and being able to refer to a list means it's super easy for me to get things done.
