Congrats on the launch. 👍 FYI whilst the App looks clean on iPadOS it only appears to be working in portrait. Most of us doing work / calendaring on an iPad are in landscape the vast majority of the time. Easy tweak given everything looks responsive. 👍

Simply depends on the service / product being built. Anything that requires hard sciences / real engineer needs funding to support talent and development. Other than that getting scrappy is a good place to start imo. 👍

Most / practically all endeavours start with 1 dev person, particularly in the SaaS world. A ruthlessly lean MVP then test it with the market. Scaling dev after more validation is typically the only way forward so your advice which infers ‘start with more than 1 dev or don’t start at all’… I’m at odds with.
