I use Read the Docs for its tight integration with GitHub and automatic updates. It helps me keep documentation in sync with our repositories.

I prefer launching with an MVP because it allows me to get feedback early on and repeat based on real user needs.

I think cultural differences can be a big problem. I’ve seen how something simple, like a color or phrase, can have vastly different meanings across regions. Finding the balance between consistency and relevance is risky for me.
