@luudao We use one of the micro-apps from Kyber for Slack. As needed we jump on Zoom calls based on the report generated daily by Kyber. Being the report sent on Slack it’s easy to search it. Other useful micro-apps in Kyber let you check the status of a project during the week with quick polls/surveys which is often helpful.

Upvoted! @fletchrichman do you see more companies using as Slack only ticketing services or mostly as a bridge to Zendesk/Jira? In the second case, why using Halp when Zendesk/Jira have their own integration? (Assist for a competitive analysis :))

We use it to triage emails from support inside Slack with Kyber. Email comes in Slack, get turned into a task with Kyber, gets assigned to the right person linking back to the original message. Really awesome

I really like the fact no install, no signup is required for recipients. That's extremely valuable imo. Would love to use the APIs in our product, but wondering about your pricing model. 1. Why is the standard product (Browser calls) free for up to 50 people in a call, but APIs are free only for 2 people? And even first tier is limited to only 4 people in a call. Congrats on the launch! I see you are integrating with many calendars including Exchange. Is that a full calendar sync you build yourself or are you using some third party tools? Having that (very complex) integration working properly is key but tricky.

We have hundreds of teams already using our task/meeting/project management app (Kyber) on guest channels with external people - this is going to be a fantastic addition to support a great use case.

Very cool - I was looking at something like this right couple of days ago! This works if we add your script on our own web form talking to our backend - do you have a way to "import"/"make conversational" a Typeform type of web form, hosted somewhere else?

This is awesome - I've been using Message builder from Slack which is great, but this seems to be much better to collect the whole bot conversation. Is there a way to display ephemeral (vs. regular) messages? What's the pricing? What about "privacy" around what's being added the tool?
