I do read all of my emails, but before doing that I did a really good clean-up glow and remain subscribed to the most important and valuable ones. As for the spam folder, I check it every 2-3 days.

The best things come to mind when you're not thinking about them. Do not force ideas to come, work on something else instead. For me, those ideas come when I am not thinking about them, they just pop out of nowhere. The trick is to put them down somewhere and start working once you are ready.

I've been using Microsoft To Do desktop app. Previously I've tried several tools including Notion and Trello, but somehow Microsoft To Do become my top choice for organizing bigger and smaller day-to-day tasks.

So far so good - it helps me remove the blank canvas of ideas, how to start something, find information faster than googling and reading. Feels like I'm chatting with super-smart Google 🤖

This is what I'm practicing: - Pomodoro timer - Sims soundtrack playlist - Flow focus playlist
