Community building is a great way to know your customers. In turn, customers provide relevant data and feedback that can help your product and service to improve. In our company, we use RumbleTalk as a live chat and put out polls every now and then to get feedback from our customers.

Mine was within a website and they used a chat room called RumbleTalk. It was fun since you can enter multiple chat rooms and talk to other participants. The event was all about SEO and marketing; so, I managed to create some connections as well!

For me, it was the interview call after I got scammed by a previous client. I had worked for a week, and then they just didn't get back when it was payment time. I had learned from that experience. After that, this interview call comes and it was a lifesaver since this interview consisted of a video call, knowing that this was no scam anymore.
I'm at a better place now because of that call.

Do you think live chat is a must for sales and conversion?
As I was reading a blog (https://rumbletalk.com/blog/index.php/2022/06/20/live-chatting/) from a chat platform that I use, do you really think live chat helps a website gather customers and increase sales?
