Community building is a great way to know your customers. In turn, customers provide relevant data and feedback that can help your product and service to improve. In our company, we use RumbleTalk as a live chat and put out polls every now and then to get feedback from our customers.

You can find bugs earlier and will be ready for the actual launch. Another pro is these beta testers will be your supporters and can find more potential customers.

Working at a startup is not easy. Sometimes, it will be good enough, most times, it will fail.

Mine was within a website and they used a chat room called RumbleTalk. It was fun since you can enter multiple chat rooms and talk to other participants. The event was all about SEO and marketing; so, I managed to create some connections as well!

For me, it was the interview call after I got scammed by a previous client. I had worked for a week, and then they just didn't get back when it was payment time. I had learned from that experience. After that, this interview call comes and it was a lifesaver since this interview consisted of a video call, knowing that this was no scam anymore. I'm at a better place now because of that call.
