We just saw one of our oldest clients hop in and comment for us where we now realise the importance of having built that relationships with value.

Just pitching in before this thread goes away. As a designer and dorm-room entrepreneur myself, I think - Slack has one of the finest UX I've experienced. Irrespective of how cluttered my feed gets, it still helps me focus.
