Here are some things that I've seen work for others: 1. Tweet daily, 3-4x a day. However, your tweets must offer value. 2. Post a thread solving a common problem related to your niche once a week. 3. Interact with others in your space. Twitter is underrated for building relationships.

Agreed 100%. Companies must start devoting some of their time and resources to the fitness of their employees. An easy idea would be to have a space for some basic exercise equipment so that employees can stay active if they choose to.

In my opinion, flow state and focus differ in the fact that focus is the result of constant effort, while flow state - while requiring conscious cultivation to get started - is a more natural state of being.
