In my opinion and from little experience, do not lord it over your team.
Keep a warm relationship with members of your team on and off work. Show them that you care beyond just work deadlines. Make work fun and enjoyable.
No unnecessary micromanaging, it pisses team members off. Your team wants you to trust them to deliver.
And maybe offer incentives to your team for steady consistency....
How do you ensure you lead your team to the goals set for each quarter without losing consistency?

I’ve learned to be a better communicator.
I’ve learned to listen more.
I’ve learned to keep an open mind in all situations because there are always different perspectives to a situation.
And many more.

I have a work in progress open-source project. A curation of the amazing and maybe not so amazing experiences of first time open-source contributors.
The Goal: To inspire, educate, and Influence.

Personally, sitting down for too long to work feels so exhausting. So I get up at intervals to walk around, lay down on my back or just do some other activities for few minutes.
