we use chatbots. it's pretty effective especially if it's a combination of automation and manual intervention. would love to explore the other two.

We just give it an hour or so every week or fortnight. This helps us in staying updated while not spending too much time in tracking competitors. No secret sauce, you know.

Share some BTS content. People love that if your product is good or solves their problem.

keep them engaged as you build. almost on a weekly basis. catch up on long calls if need be. understand their problems, thoughts, and suggestions better. keep sharing updates based on their feedback. they'll slowly incline towards what you do and eventually start rooting for you.

Customers > Feedback > Visibility - more or less in that order.

Flexibility - the ability to choose home or office as one wants - gives the advantages of both and is better than strictly hybrid.
