How did you decide what to build?
Developing a product can be a challenging process, especially when it comes to deciding what to build. I am curious about your journey - can you share some insights into how you decided what to build and why? What factors did you consider, and what ultimately led you to your decision? Whether you're a solo entrepreneur or part of a larger team, I am interested in hearing about the process...

I would say if you have established a personal brand use the personal brand to leverage your product brand. And in case you don't have an established personal brand then building both personal and product brands would require the same effort.

The best way how I collect feedback is-
Rank 1: Using analytics tools like Ms Clarity, Hotjar, etc it shows how users interact with the website
Rank 2: A few folks who comment on your product updates on social media channels. DM them, they would be more than happy to share their feedback
Rank 3: Look at what people are talking about you on social media. DM them!
Just lunched a product, and is wondering what is the best way to collecting feedback?

The idea for (https://stare.softr.app/) came from an APM fellowship program and I found many aspiring PMs asking similar questions over and over again and the answers were given in Slack. And that that point in time I knew my niche and thought of creating a knowledge base but the problem was what to include. Went through all the comments in Slack and picked the more frequent ones. Bult an MVP...

The very first thing, where only validating if the tools that I will be using are enough for the build I would use a personal account as its easy to access. But later for development, I will use a company account.
Do you do build in public on your personal account or company account?

Ask for opinions and the topic to think of asking should be very generic and easy. A question like "Do you think Ai helping kids do their Homework is a good practice?"

Plot your task on impact vs effort chat. And do the task-
1. High Impact Low Effort
2. High Impact High Effort
3. Low Impact Low Effort
4. High Impact High Effort
Note: order of 2 and 3 can be changed as per the goal and other parameters
How can I prioritize tasks and determine what is most important to focus on?

I have been preparing for Product interviews for a long time. I am a curious person who is always in the search of a convincing (right) answer. When I saw there are communities where people post their questions, I tried asking my questions in the community. Result, the question wasn't answered for more than 30 days. Most community answers are given by peers and there is no way to find out if...
