we are an example, I don't know if we are a STARTUP by the business terms, but we built a product from 0 to 1 and people are using our product, Altnine is a personal messaging app, mainly focussing on security and privacy, we even removed mediating servers in the path of communication so its just device-to-device direct, not device-server-device as in other apps, so what's important for us is...
Do you know of any recent examples of tech startups that don't use AI-tech in their functional?

3 years.
ours is exclusive tech based product, we had to build and test compatibility to serve the modern messaging app features, lot of setbacks, learnings, lots of changes in architecture, so it took me 3 years(40 hour weeks) before it is finally published on app stores.
How long did you work on your product before it went live?

Not inspiration, but necessity.
Mine is Altnine, a messaging app similar to WhatsApp/telegram but total different to how it works, Altnine connects devices to devices directly, no intermediate databases or storage, where other apps(Whatsapp/Telegram/other) use hub-spoke model with intermediate server/storage, which means they are storing/processing every message/file of yours, and they are not...

mine are single page LPs usually, and the non-LPs are dashboards so it worked for me so well, and Flutter WEB got me into this.
SPAs are very fluid, with modern customisations around nav bars tab bars it gives a feeling of native app on the web.
Has anyone switched website from MPA to Single Page Application (SPA)?

I don't think I have free time technically, but I spend time walking, and I schedule things this way, any work that I can perform on mobile, like reading/watching/reviewing/discussing etc., I do these while I walk.
tell me what do you do in free time?

pen and paper, the old trick, it works so well for me because some concepts are easy to draw as pictures than writing in words, not just to draw but also to quickly get the concept&context later when starting to work on those.
by evening I draft the unfinished ones into my task manager(GitHub projects) by clicking pictures of these drawings.
this goes for meetings, work, personal...

introducing my product to target users, that's the main problem and community is calling the solution as Marketing, which is a huge thing and most of the time product specific.
without people using it, product is of no value, free or paid you need some users on it and that's the challenge we have now.
What's your biggest problem right now?

I use Flutter WEB now to build webpages, mine are custom built and simple LPs, and then I host these on Firebase, deployment is so much easier, no downtimes with traffic spikes, and amazing edge network of Google for super fast page loads. the best part is that these survive with free tier use so I run my sites almost free.
if you have plain HTML pages, they can also be hosted on Firebase...

we started our app as regular messaging app initially to use within our group, we stored messages in a central database and synched across devices, but the messages are deleted as once they are delivered to recipients, which is same as any other messenger Whatsapp/telegram. then we had to implement video/audio calls for which we had no budgets to use third parties, but coding is our strength,...

I don't think PH validates your product versions from launch to launch, what's important is the PH-community, you seek their attention with launch so you let them do as well by not spamming with unnecessary launches.
Does redesign count as PH launch?

Its going to be a tiring thing, lot of info that you need to learn&gather to keep adding value to your audience, one can't always speak abut their product for every few days, help your audience with good content that helps their business/life then integrate your product into those and demonstrate how your product enhances whole situation.
if there is no value for the reader, its not going...

It was in my first SaaS, which is a lead capture software and that connects with major email tools and CRMs, so when I built those integrations, those big companies pushed newsletters about us and that drove free traffic and free signups, then some converted to paid, very few, but, that felt like winning the whole world, when someone visits your products and finds it great, then puts their card...
