This is a great question to ask! In my opinion, if you "Start with why", you'd want to connect with people who believe in your why's. Which is exactly what all they are to believe in their why's. So, your goal then becomes to find people who believe in what you believe and the product is something which both your users and you'd be believing in as a stakeholder.

If you "Start with why", how do you find your Product's Why's so that you can find users driven by the same "Why's" ?
