An advice that I really loved from another founder was to go above and beyond for your first 1000 users to start building a cult and community around your product. I think at the beginning, when you lack resources, that's one of the best strategies I've seen has worked to make the product more easy to use for your users, more "user-friendly."

What worked for us at the beginning was going to other people's subreddits and joining pre-existing conversations.
