Employee engagement is tough to measure as a whole. I would recommend breaking it down into a few key metrics that you can figure out how to solve for individually. It might be worth meeting with your team to help identify the first iteration of these and get buy-in. People are much more engaged and committed when they feel like they were able to participate in the process.
