I hate "It Depends". Many people who deliver services say they are too complex to be generalised. Anything can be productised, history has shown that. AWS earns more than Amazon, Haier Finance spun out as a unicorn. My goal is to help improve how teams build software by standardising the best practices into a new framework. My goal is to remove "It depends" as an answer to how you scale teams so that we can save companies from fake experts and the other scaling frameworks that reinforce waterfall ways of working and cause more harm than good.
