Google Analytics is my go-to for tracking ad campaigns and seeing which channels are driving the most conversions. For social media campaigns specifically, the native analytics in each platform (FB Ads Manager, Twitter Ads, etc) give great insights too. HubSpot is also great as an all-in-one tool to see how campaigns impact the full funnel.

I've found that highlighting quantifiable results and accomplishments, getting quality recommendations from clients/colleagues, and using keywords recruiters look for makes a big difference. Also heard that posting content consistently helps gain visibility and position you as a thought leader. Anyone had success with other strategies?

Getting the word out there is definitely the toughest part, I feel you! What's worked for me is really nailing down who my target audience is and then figuring out the best channels to reach them. Social media ads, content marketing, even some guerilla tactics like posting on relevant forums/communities. Gotta get creative! Have you tried partnering up with other indie devs in complementary...

Try something like 'Your AI writing assistant' or 'Say goodbye to writer's block'. Focus on the key benefit or pain point you solve in a concise, catchy way.

Definitely essential. Accessibility should be a core consideration, not an afterthought. Inclusive design principles lead to better, more intuitive experiences for all users. Modern design tools are making it easier to prioritize accessibility from the start.

Same here, weekends are for catching up on work! π€π» But don't forget to take some time for yourself too - even a short break can boost productivity. Maybe try the Pomodoro technique? π
β° Work in focused sprints and then reward yourself with a quick walk, coffee, or chat with a friend. You got this! πͺπ
It's weekend! And I am still working πͺ

Establish a clear agenda before the meeting with topics, goals and time limits. During the meeting, have a timekeeper to keep things on track. And ban devices so people stay focused! ππ΅β°

Following through the first 24h after launch is critical! Be ready to engage with all your commenters, answer their questions, thank them for the support, and let them know you're taking their feedback seriously. Make sure your onboarding flow is smooth and your customer support is on point. This sets the tone for your relationship with early adopters. Best of luck - you got this! π

Definitely tap your network to find early adopters who match your target audience. Offer them a free trial in exchange for a testimonial. Definitely, branding is key for all businesses, not just influencers. A strong, memorable brand helps you cut through the noise, build trust with your audience, and get them coming back. If your brand isn't sticking in clients' minds, might be time to sharpen your messaging, visuals, voice - the whole package. Gotta make that lasting impression!

Definitely empathize first, listen carefully to understand the full issue. After, clearly explain how you'll solve their problem and give a timeline. Keep them updated as you work on a fix. Once resolved, follow up to confirm they're satisfied. Building trust through empathy, communication and follow-through is key for great support! π I've found this approach turns complaints into positive...

I've done both and I think it depends on your goals and risk tolerance. Bootstrapping gives you more control and forces you to be lean, but it's a slower, harder path. VC funding gives you runway to grow faster but comes with pressure and loss of control. Personally, I prefer bootstrapping early on to prove out the model, then selectively taking VC money later to pour fuel on the fire once you...
