I started to just the product when they first launched and the CEO would answer support emails, but since they did the fund raising it has gone to hell in a hand basket. They have stopped responsing to support emails and have dropped off the plant. Pros: It used to be good Cons: Unable to get ahold of anybody at the company, they never return emails.
