Spent more time and money fixing up the problems caused by working with PatentBot. Lost our application due to misinformation provided by PatentBot. Legal Zoom has its own challenges. though it's cheaper to start with and you have someone who responds to their mistakes

Communication is lacking, have no idea where the application is at. Demands more money just to talk to you. Cheaper and easier options exist. Additionally, the interface is convoluted so you don't know when you are actually agreeing to use their services. Really wish I hadn't. Am knee deep with USPTO sorting out their mistakes
