Sounds interesting! Is a key part of the idea to allow former employers to recommend people they lay off, as opposed to laid off people submitting their profiles independently?

It's a great idea to enable the job seeker to remain anonymous until she/he accepts an interview. This opens up the market of recruiting to a lot more people (i.e. those that worry about their current employer finding out they are looking for opportunities). That combined with intelligent job/candidate recommendations could have a big impact!
