Incredibly effective if done right. Which means, starting by highly targeted prospecting, reaching out based on a trigger event which would indicate buy intent and then crafting a compelling message with adequate follow ups - multi-channel.

For my recruitment agency, we run a targeted campaign to newly funded startups. Not sure if you'd call that generating leads, but prospecting those companies which have just been funded can be called as potential leads. We use Fundraise Insider for that.

Tried to use but the data is just not laid out well. Need to keep going back and forth between different tools for various data. Also, the database is not always updated.
