Video is the most effective medium to gain an audience right now. Initially, posting short videos at a high frequency (thrice a week) will give you instant growth. Once you establish an initial audience, then it's easy to grow by collaborating with similar creators.

Luckily, I got initial signups organically before launching the product. I am sure students would love it, so soon going to cold reach some college students.

I feel a pay-as-you-go pricing model would be great for ChatGPT same as their paid API. And of course, competition is inevitable.

I was obsessed with Cake Mania, Zumba Classic Game, Jojo's Fashion Show, Dave, Minesweeper(still obsessed), Pinball Machine, and an obscure game similar to the concept of Tamagotchi lol. I had around 100 games on my mobile and also on my computer growing up. I don't remember them now. I can clearly remember how my time spent outdoors changed to me and my friends glued to the screen 😄

I will bet on education. Metaverse will provide an immersive, interactive learning environment for students. Like recreating historical scenes or visiting monuments. Learning about different cultures and lifestyles of different regions. Watching animal or plant species in their natural habitat. Building and deploying spaceships together with your buddies in the metaverse. 3d Planetarium. Or...

I set a reminder on my phone or computer to stand up and walk around for a few minutes every hour or so. Or do some of my favorite yoga poses like the Mountain pose and Cobra pose. Try it once, it really helps.
