Unless I'm missing somthing, I've had this scannable code in my app for a while now... how is this something new?

I was hoping for something in relation to Fika, the Swedish ritual, but kind of ended up disappointed when I saw it was not related almost in any way (just the fact of taking a break then)

Nothing new here, I've seen apps doing this years ago. Even some taking it to the next level where you had to pay around $10 to develop the pictures and get them delivered before you can see them (WhiteAlbum, hunted here 2 years ago https://www.producthunt.com/posts/whitealbum-2)

Sage offers something I've been raging on everytime I'm trying to shop for better products for me to eat: exhaustive information on labels.
