Phil has always been obsessed with customer experience (CX). Whether it is a service or product, he likes analyzing the journey, from discovery to churn, and finding ways to improve it by 10x. Having built and worked with many B2B companies, Phil has an extensive understanding of that industry. As an entrepreneur coming from the Techstars network, Phil feels very strongly about helping other entrepreneurs avoid some of the mistakes he made in his previous ventures. He's an "expert generalist", so he's really passionate about mentoring first-time founders.
