Returns from Stock Options are too far out and unpredictable. VenEx enables you to offer β€œreal” wealth to your employees as a merit-based share of your future cashflows. Our platform automates it end-to-end, helping you β€œHire. Retain. Reward. 10X better!”

Problems with ESOPs/ Equity based compensation models.

Basis our last poll, it's evident to see ESOPs aren't really working for the company or the employee. Most attributed it to unpredictable returns and others to complex to understand, premature/ double taxation and to the dilution it entails. ESOPs are clearly undervalued by employees/hires and are complex for both. In fact, based on multiple conversations with founders/ leaders of high growth...

Why are ESOPs not that effective in hiring/ retaining/ driving long term ownership?

Basis our last poll, it seems ESOPs don't help in driving long term team ownership. We at VenEx resonate with that & hence have been working on alternatives. Check out GetVenEx.com or connect with us to know more. However before we get there would like to know from you on what you think are the key reasons?

    Do ESOPs really work?

Shocking results from the recent poll! 0 votes for Structured Programs like ESOPs as a way to solve for long term team ownership!! Seems like equity based models of compensation are not solving the very specific thing they are meant to! Good to know that we at VenEx (GetVenEx.com) are working on a critical & relevant problem, but keen to know more specifically from you on this...

What helps drive Team Ownership over the long term?

Quite a clear verdict to our last poll! 75% of the respondents felt that Team Ownership is the most critical component of building a Winning Team/ Venture. Seems like we at VenEx are indeed focussing on the most important one. However, my co-founder Avi (Avinash Agrawal) & I often wonder what helps drive long term team ownership. Would love to know from you. #teamownership...

Which of these are more critical to building a Winning Team/ Venture?

Comforting to know that majority of the last poll participants believe Team is the most critical component to build a successful business. Thankfully, we at VenEx (GetVenEx.com) are working on this most critical one. But, despite the years of diverse experience, my co-founder Avi & I often wonder what aspect is the most important one for building a Winning Team/ Venture. Would love to know...

What's the most critical component of building a successful business?

Having spent most of our careers working/ leading diverse startups and more recently at VenEx (GetVenEx.com) where my co-founder, Avi (Avinash Agrawal) and I are solving for at least one of these problems, don't know, with conviction, which of these are most critical. Would love to have your views.
