For Speed:
First launch:
1. List out important features that are absolutely necessary for your MVP.
2. Build them until the product serves its purpose.
V2 & V3: Perfect those features to provide a good user experience.
For Perfection:
Meanwhile, build your backend infra + tech to make it scalable and robust, for your future launches & products.

This is what I do:
- Reach out to users on twitter and linkedin - Helps with forming a network of users and building trust.
- Social media listening (especially twitter)
- Beta testing:
Here's a great way to get beta testers:
Add a free job posting on Linkedin (volunteer role and no pay) -> Recruit users -> Redirect them to a Google form to collect emails and feedback.
Good luck :)

This is how I build pre-launch hype for my products:
1. Social media - Post teasers, sneak peaks, countdowns.
2. Strike discussions around your product- on Product hunt, Reddit, Twitter, LinkedIn
3. Word of mouth
4. Share it with friends and your network, and get them to try it out. (underrated!).
5. Build a strong network on LinkedIn and Twitter.

The ease of sharing audio sounds amazing. Is there a time limit on recordings? As a wannabe podcaster, I'm looking forward to using it :D

Are you planning integrations with any other tools?

With my experience in community building, I do this:
- Engage with their content. Support people.
- Be generous first. Give before you expect something back.
- Be consistent. Show up regularly, even when it's quiet.
- Celebrate wins, big and small. Make people feel seen.
- Create easy ways for people to connect and collaborate with each other.
- Ask tough questions.

Diversifying would definitely be my approach with $100K. Instead of putting everything into one company, I'd spread it across a few different startups to minimize risk and increase my potential for returns :D
