Totally agree!! Unfortunately,I have a lot work to do as a startup founder right now to bring it to reality But I’m trying to work as less as possible on the weekends

The reason of start and my main motivation for working on my startup is that I can bring value for people and society in general When you help people solve their problems and pains, when you make their life easier—you definitely feel like it not for nothing!

It depends:) I think hybrid is the best one, because it keeps your productivity on a high level and boost work motivation Speaking for myself: I work remote right now, but I have recently decided to work hybrid since of tiredness and low motivation

I always pay attention on what problem does the product solve or how can it help me in daily life Also design sometimes catches my eye, but very-very rarely
