Interesting! One of the biggest mistakes we (I and my co-founder) made was selling almost everything in an ecommerce store. We failed though, and the biggest lesson we learned was we should have started small, focused on one category and then would have moved to others and so on...

With so many stuff under my belt including full-time job, freelancing, and side projects... I do work on weekends. I take some time in the morning to work on my side projects mostly and plan out stuff for the coming week.
