Do you think schools should start teaching about data rights and privacy?
The amount of data generated continues to grow everyday. Protecting users' online identify and data becomes more and more complex. I believe it's important for the younger generation and people in general to better understand the value of their data.

What app do you guys use for tracking users' bugs (product defect)?
I am looking for an app/software that helps to track issues/bugs opened by users in an an efficient way. Currently using nolt but I feel like there are better options that I'm not aware of. Appreciate the help!
Pierre
Edit: The goal is to be able for users to submit an issue but also to be able to check out the current open tickets, so they don't submit the same issue twice.

What does entrepreneur/entrepreneurship mean to you? Pt. 2
A few months ago I started a discussion around what it meant to be an entrepreneur. And the more I thought about it, the more I saw it as a mindset and a way of navigating life rather than a job or a career.
Why I think that in each of us lies an entrepreneur π

Not the easiest, especially with covid-19 and certain travel restrictions but traveling to the country where you wanna learn the language is the fastest and a very fun way of learning + practicing!

How did I generate 200+ visits on our website in 24h? π
π I created Squid Games business cards on Canva and placed a QR code at the back which was linked to our website. I dropped roughly 150 cards all around the city where we're currently based (cafes, parking lots, restaurants, student housing, university campus, news...).
When I was on campus, I saw someone pick up the card, scan the QR code and replacing the card where it initially was. I knew...

Online privacy is like climate change; we wait for a disaster to take action.
We undervalue the effects of trained digital networks which monitor and shape our actions remotely. They do not care what we think, feel or do, as long as we think, feel, and do things in leverageable ways to automate us. These impersonal systems undermine human autonomy and self-determination.
It puts in jeopardy the very idea of democracy.

I think what matters is the conversion rate, it helps to put in perspective the number of visitors you get. Also the bounce rate, average time spent on the website and the number of actions made (are your CTAs effective?) by a visitor are good metrics to know if your website retains attention.
Visitors DOWN but sales UP #buildinpublic
