This is what we have been thinking about and trying to find a solution for. We think that people spend way too much time on social media, most of it is meaningless time, just scrolling from apps to apps without gaining anything. That's why we are trying to build an app for people to help people improve wellbeing. Our goal is to transform those boring time to meaningful time.
How does social media impact your productivity and your wellbeing?

"Happiness is a habit". What do you think of this quote from Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh?
This quote reminds us that happiness is not just a sense of fulfillment but also a habit that is hardwired into our brains.
Happy people focus on their experiences with gratitude and on attaining serenity through things like meditation, mindfulness, journaling, or simply by unplugging electronics.
Let's start making small changes in our daily habits today with ZenMe!
