Just ordered this through an Audible credit. The total length is around 8h, give or take. (I always forget to use my Audible credits so I'm much less strict about buying an audiobook than I am a physical book.) I'm a huge fan of Crisp. After 1 week of testing it out, I migrated all of our support outlets to it and shut off our other support platforms. Baptiste, in particular, is SUPER-fast with support and listening to feedback so early on. Hope you all succeed! My company loves Crisp.
