Looks like a great tool. I'm still sending PDFs to customers but hate to keep track of them and nag the customer to fill it out. Plutto could be a great replacement

Onboarding has always been a big challenge for wherever I worked. There are countless stories I heard of feeling forgotten on the first days, missing devices or simply not knowing what to do and who to ask. I really like the concept of Kohomai where you focus on making those early weeks before joining a part of an amazing onboarding process!

What I usually miss are the non-work team interactions. It's much harder to have a great team spirit unless you actively foster that through remote-friendly team events. I have the feeling that with a on-site team you can be a bit lazier and much of the team dynamics will form automatically.
