I think it's good to schedule your launch and create teaser banner, then engage it so people will subscribe to it. You can do it from 1-3 weeks before, the more time you have the better.
For sure preparing your crowd and some groups to support you.

Yes, I would do it for sure, as you want to test it with a probably smaller open group first to refine the flow before going full in.

How do you test Tagline for your startup?
Hi how do you test your Taglines? Obviously, Pools might be easy to run. We did ours on Twitter and LN. The results were much different than what we had predicted. 🤣

Here are my learnings:
- Looks like people don't do crazy discounts, but rather something between 20%- 30%.
- More yearly packages for your SaaS
- Discounts usually apply only to new customers/ subscriptions
