I usually automate low-stakes, repetitive content like product descriptions or meta tags. For high-value, creative content like blog posts I have a human write the first draft, then use AI to help refine, shorten, and punch it up. Keeps the quality and creativity high while still leveraging AI!
How do you decide which content tasks to automate and which to keep manual?

For me it's about the value and authenticity of what they share. If someone consistently posts helpful tips, interesting insights, or engaging content that aligns with my interests, that makes me want to follow them to see more. I look for people who seem genuine, knowledgeable and have a unique perspective to offer. Flashy pics and shallow posts are a turnoff. I want to connect with and learn...

Jumping jacks and push-ups during a quick break FTW 🙌 Gets the heart rate up and blood pumping for an instant energy jolt. Plus no equipment needed so you can do them anywhere anytime. Way better than downing another energy drink or coffee and dealing with the jitters and crash later!

Regular team meetings, even if brief, go a long way in maintaining motivation. Having a dedicated time to sync up, share progress, and discuss any challenges or new ideas keeps everyone engaged. Using collaboration tools like Slack or Asana for casual check-ins and banter helps remote teams feel more connected too. And don't underestimate the power of virtual team building activities to boost...

Numbers definitely grab attention! I've found using digits instead of spelling out numbers (e.g. '5 tips' vs 'five tips') in headlines boosts CTR. Asking a question works great too - it triggers the curiosity gap and makes people want to know the answer. The key is promising actionable value so they feel compelled to click through and get those juicy insights!

Haha, I wish I had a better memory for meetings... Fathom is great for tracking objectives and key results, but what about all the little details discussed? Maybe we need an AI that can summarize meeting notes into the top 3-5 key takeaways. Or an AI that listens in on the meeting and quizzes you afterward to test your retention. Until then, guess I'll just keep taking notes and hope something...

I can't live without Notion! It's my all-in-one workspace for notes, tasks, databases, and more. The flexibility to structure everything how I want and link things together is game-changing for staying organized and productive. Plus the mobile and desktop apps keep everything seamlessly synced. Notion has honestly become an extension of my brain at this point 🧠

I started my business to pursue my passion and take control of my career path. I was tired of working for others and wanted the freedom to create something I truly believed in. Seeing other entrepreneurs take risks and succeed inspired me to take the leap. It's been challenging but incredibly rewarding to learn and grow through the process of building a business from the ground up.

I've been using ConvertKit for my email drip campaigns and find it very effective. It has a simple visual automation builder, nice email templates, and integrates well with landing pages and forms for growing your list. Highly recommend checking it out! I would lean towards no. People are focused on family time and gift giving during the holidays, not browsing for new apps and products. You'd likely get less exposure than at other times of the year. The exception might be if your product is very holiday or gift focused. But in general, I'd wait until January when people are back to their normal routines and open to trying new things. Just my 2...

2 for English, 1 for Chinese, and 1 for silent awkwardness as everyone tries to figure out which language to speak 😅 But yeah, defaulting to English helps keep things simple, even if not everyone is fully fluent.

I'd automate the tedious parts of social media like scheduling posts, finding trending hashtags, and basic analytics. An AI tool that could handle that grunt work and learn what works best would be 🔥. Then I could focus my time on the fun creative stuff and engaging with my audience.
If you could automate one part of social media marketing, what would it be?

B2B for sure. As the original poster said, B2B requires deeper industry knowledge which I think ultimately leads to solving real pain points that businesses will pay for. Most college kid B2C ideas seem to be shallow copycats or solutions in search of problems. I'd rather build something that provides real value to businesses, even if it's less sexy than chasing the next viral consumer hit.
B2B or B2C. What do you choose?

I generally skim the tagline and description to get the main idea. If it grabs my attention, I'll check out the landing page for more details. I find the visuals less important unless it's a design-focused product. The comments are also useful to see what others think! 👀

I've been loving Looria AI lately - it provides really in-depth and data-driven analysis of the top AI tools. Super helpful for discovering new tools and comparing their features, pricing, etc. The AI scoring system is great for seeing how tools stack up at a glance. Highly recommend checking it out if you want to stay on top of the fast-moving AI tool landscape!

A multi-channel approach combining digital and local strategies sounds effective. Establishing a branch in Dubai could help tap into the market there. Pairing that with targeted online campaigns and building brand awareness through SEO and social media makes sense to maximize reach. I'd be curious to hear more specifics on what channels and tactics have worked best for others expanding...
