I know how much love and effort the ToolJet team spends to build this great tool. Big respect for the team, and best of luck. And the new designs look very neat, great work!

Hey-hey, for me it's Telegram, Baserow, and Notion! Whoa, so many people mentioned Excel, and I'm a bit surprised. I thought more people are using some cool, new Excel alternatives here. As hunters = early adopters. Interesting 🤔

Love this topic! I guess that the workplace culture is the first thing to start caring about the company branding. You analyze the values, mission, the vision of the company, translate all findings into the company's identity (style, personality, communication), and then you need to think about the activities that will help your employees to understand the vibe of the company. You can try...

Beautiful tools vs Feature-rich tools
Hey folks, I started noticing that people are more open to checking a new tool if its design is outstanding. What about you? Would you choose a tool that has more features or one with less but with an identity that responds to you? By identity, I mean the design, attributes, values, and communication of a project. Curious to hear your thoughts, thanks in advance to every participant ❤️

Team Labs: allows team members to work on something other than their main job tasks every month or so. They could implement their own ideas, change the focus and practice new skills.
Team Hackathons: unite your team members to solve a challenge. You can divide the team into two groups, and the one that offers the best solution will get some cool prizes.

Archetypes: do you use them?
Short description:
A brand archetype is essentially a character of your brand, the alive representation, that is created taking into consideration all the nuances of the target audience and the brand’s concept. The formula is simple, if a brand is relatable to its target audience, it’s loved by it.
A brand archetype is a person you’re addressing.

I like the idea that content should navigate people what more they can do it order to make things better. So, after checking your product (or before) when they see your posts, they should have a feeling of understanding some insights, they should become inspired that you not only give them a solution (your product/service), but also give them more value by some blogs, infographics, instructions...

Strategy more depends on positioning and your current goals. But I will give a general advise: currently, people are overwhelmed with ads, info, offers and so on, and before doing any steps think about value that you want to give to people, because if you interrupt them with your offer (anywhere), and they don't see the value, they will leave you immediately and forgot about you very quickly....

I hate:
1) outdated websites, or designs with numerous flaws - it means for me that they have the same attidute to the product - incomprehensibility
2) cheap tricks - you have only 24 hours to buy our product for this low price (and this message has been on the website for the last 2 weeks)
3) when I don’t understand what the product is from the first section/description boxes on the website

Reports, ebooks, workbooks - receive a free PDF after leaving your email (if the content is really valuable, people won't unsubscribe after receiving the doc). This lead magnet works the best for me (but I will highlight, we're putting a lot of effort and resources into the content of the doc).
