As other people already answer, 3 to 6 months to see the first results. At evolvemvp.com we took 1 year to reach 1k unique visitors monthly, 2 years to reach 10k and 3 years to 30k. This is a website focus on entrepreneurship content, a little niche, my opinion.
The problem for most people is patience and consistency. I know a lot of people that gave up after 3 months without results.

I agree with you, small teams or solofounders have a lot to do and little resources (time, money, people) to accomplish everything.
SO AI can help a lot. I'm a big fan to use AI as a starter and manually edit the content to apply my personal touch and experience.
