Pros: Authentic, honest, original
Cons: None -- unless you're looking for snark...
It's not common to find a social media influencer that has both reach and an authentic voice. Dear Mishu is a really clever, original account and it is obvious from their followers' comments that people trust them. I can't think of a better rep for a brand that is looking to make a connection with customers.

i Love the new Callender version by google. It’s friendlier, and pretty nice. It’s not perfect yet, but its nice.
Pros: Easier to deal with your events now
Cons: Better colors of choice. Similar iPad version.

I tested Brand24 and it’s not a bad tool to find by topic (eg “Pets”) mentioned by which influencer. Only that their alg is not there yet in content measurements (it’s so hard to program something like that). It’s a start, though, it’s a start!
