I'm not really sure why people have such a hard time with to-do apps. I understand that nothing is perfect and no app will provide everything everyone needs. I've been using Microsoft To Do and it has been an amazing experience. I can access from everywhere. I can have a selection of tasks that I want to accomplish and every single step to make it happen. I would start by thinking of some philanthropical reason behint it but I guess for each dreamer there is a personal view of how they can help the community somehow.

First accomplishment of the year is launching my business, which I already did but I still need to make more marketing and engage with the community to build trust. Launching on PH is my next step. I hope by the end of the year I have a certain number of service sales and a certain number of women I helped with their first job experiences.

I give a lot of independence to my team, trusting their experience. I manage if everything is going according to plans but so far so good. Obviously the key is to hire people with relevant experience otherwise I won't give this much independence. I also work with freelancers where I have no problem on guiding them if their experience is non-existent.

Launched Flowity AI this year after a few months of planning so I predict this to be a year of a lot of excitement and challenges.
