This is a great tool! My only request would be to not to send the financial markers over URL parameters. That's a lot of data to expose to any ISP and DNS provider.

This would have been a godsend in my days as a journalist! Note taking can be very disruptive to the interview process and affect the end result. Gay Talese used to keep notes on cut up shirt boards from the dry cleaner, sneaking away from his subjects to jot things down. This... seams easier.

This is great from an accessibility standpoint! My father suffers from severe carpal tunnel — hopefully this will make his report writing easier.
