Its interesting to see how many replies include planning, breaking down tasks and minimizing distractions. I've been building a product called Dayglow (https://dayglow.app) and I have to say, it makes a huge difference in making sure I effectively plan my day and stay focused on my important tasks consistently.

I absolutely loved working with Alex and 30KDesigns. He took the time to fully understand what our intention with each element of the product was. We could always trust him to design a cohesive and innovative-yet-familiar interface and experience that delivered on what we were intending for the product. Definitely hoping we get a chance to work together more in the future!

In 2011 I started a conference and led digital experience. The first year we were 500 attendees, by 2013 we grew to about 3000 attendees. In 2015, I built native apps for the event and one of the features I added was a tile that would pop-up in the attendee feed during the final session in the main theater for attendees to pre-order for next year. Same here. This year my intention is to really improve as a marketer and a key part to that plan is to have a list of sales/marketing activities right on my desk and to spend at least half the day working on any of those tasks that pull me in.

My main goal this year is to finally commit to and master marketing 🚀🚀

Since having kids I've switched to working early mornings but there's nothing like occasionally getting a night where I can work until 4-5am. Not sure why, I get super productive from 12am-4am
