Thanks AppSumo for bringing this to the table! Pros: Simple to use. Highly responsive customer support, with a history of regular upgrades and ticket-driven roadmap. Cons: Customers who aren't savvy with tech lingo seem to find customer support communications confusing, though I have not had this issue myself.
