Pendo is great as you can build full onboarding walkthroughs and access analytics for free. However =, if you do want to upgrade it jumps from free to around $9000p/a 😳

@intesar_mohammed I find the performance and lack of consistency with APIs is a real headache tbh. My product Hurree relies on these connections so users can easily build reporting dashboards but some tools like YouTube, Shopify and GSC have major issues with their API and their developers just seem to not want to hear about it 🙄

Framer gets my vote! We used to use Duda but found it to be temperamental and restrictive at times

Pendo for step-by-step onboarding guides and Arcade for product recordings

Not yet but hopefully very soon. We are currently working to integrate AI and predictive analytics into Hurree which we hope will only elevate our current reporting dashboards. Everyone is rushing to get AI into their products which is understandable but it's just as important to make sure you do it right.

Looks like a really exciting product! Love that everything is in one place, saves so much time and gives better insight.

I agree that you need to keep engaging with the community even post-launch, so many just drop off once their 24hrs are up. In my experience and from speaking with friends who work across both, Start Ups a lot of the time give you more opportunity to learn and experiment. Although it's generally more stressful and volatile, in Start Ups you'll have more responsibility which I've found teaches you more.
