UI/UX is quite a psychological factor for a product but, it's identity changes with different person. For example, one may be attracted by the red color on ur product while another person's turns into a bull on viewing that red color(hypothetically). So, research and testing are essential requirements of design to improve a product.

AI integrated in medical science - hope that's it's tested on non-living things before it's brought to the market.

Ur proposal, even being a good one, is not considering the issues at hand and proposing a solution over that. What if I join the community and turn out to be a bot? What if the feedback is generated using AI? ...

I look at it in a different manner. To me, the risky thing in life is to make mistake(s). And the more mistakes I make, the more I learn. The knowledge that I gain drives me to make more mistakes - like an infinity loop. So, if someone doesn't take risks, then the person is gonna be frozen in time.
