I felt that on my personal profile too. From 300 comments per post now I have 50 to 70.

It depends if you are hiring someone for operations or for thinking and innovation.
If It's for operations, you need someone with a set of skills that suits the best there.
If it's on innovation, then someone creative with critical thinking skills developed.
